What we collect

When you contact us through our form, WhatsApp or phone, we normally collect your name, phone number and (if you provide it) your email address. To prepare for counselling, we may also note your education level, preferred destination and intake, and any message you send us. We never ask for your passport, transcripts or bank documents through the website form.

Why we use it

Your details are used for one purpose only: to answer your study-abroad enquiry and to guide you through the next steps of counselling, admission and visa processing. We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell your information.

How long we keep it

An enquiry is normally kept for up to 24 months from submission, or until you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion at any time, one message through the contact details below is enough. (This retention period is subject to the final legal review.)

Third parties involved

A few trusted services keep this website running and spam-free: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the form, which receives limited technical data from your browser) and Google Analytics 4 (anonymous usage statistics). Anything you submit is also mirrored to a private Google Sheet so the counselling team can follow up; it is not shown to anyone outside the team.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] or call the office and we will act on your request, normally within 7 working days.
